The Heavy Duty Deluxe Kit is engineered for shops that plate at industrial volume. Each pen carries significantly more electrolyte per cartridge than the standard pens, allowing for thicker deposits and longer runs between cartridge changes — critical when plating wear surfaces, large-area contacts, or production-volume restoration work.
The kit includes the heavy-duty pens for the five most commonly plated metals (Gold 24K, Silver, Copper, Nickel, Rhodium) plus the Absorbent / Degreaser pen for surface preparation. The accompanying Micro-Metallizer power supply and connector cables complete the system.
Recommended for aerospace MRO, dental and surgical instrument restoration, industrial component repair, and any operation where the standard pens would require frequent cartridge replacement. The pens included here are also sold individually for replenishment.
