The Heavy Duty 18K Gold Pen is the standard-pen equivalent (PL-1004) scaled up for higher-volume jewelry shops and industrial components requiring a durable warm-tone gold finish.
Thicker deposit capability extends wear life on commonly-handled items — wedding band shanks, watch crowns, decorative trim — making this the preferred choice for shops where customers expect repeat-resistant gold finishes.
Workflow is identical to the standard pen: degrease, apply nickel underlayer if needed, plate. Power supply and connector cables required.
